I am a Natural Health Coach, specialising in Pain Relief, Injury Repair, Guided Therapeutic Detoxification and Anti-Aging.

Having trained in Anatomy & Physiology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Therapeutic Massage, Pathophysiology, Counselling & Communications at the prestigious Raworth International College, I then went on to gain a diploma in Sports & Remedial Massage from the London School of Sports Massage.

A firm believer in Continual Professional Development, I continued my training with Advanced Anatomy Diploma and Advanced Sports and Remedial Massage techniques at Jing Advanced Massage Training.

I use Low Level Laser Therapy and Scenar Therapy to further improve results. I strive to be the best at what I do, giving my clients treatments that are results led, backed up by knowledge and most importantly, feel.

Bringing Nes Health into the fold has enabled us to add another dimension to the therapies we offer and some profound results have been experienced utilising this system.

I have qualified as a Bioregulatory Medicine Practitioner, Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Functional Medicine Health Coach – will be exciting to see how this approach can help my clients with their lifestyle choices in the future, as we are the sum total of the little things we do every day, helping my clients achieve these results by taking ownership of their health and developing a deeper understanding of how to do this, means less coming in for a treatment and more about educating them with things that can be taken away for life.
