I have been studying various forms of detoxification for nearly 10 years – one that is common to all the best clinics in Europe is the Far Infra Red Sauna

What is so different about an Infrared Sauna?

In a traditional sauna, the air temperature gets raised to somewhere between 80 and 100 degrees Celsius. To keep the heat bearable, water is evaporated to make the air moist. What is Infrared Light?
